SUMMARY:
This position oversees outgoing loads to customers and serves as a front-line liaison for communications with the drivers. This role is required to organize outgoing loads according to deadline departures, issue seals for trucks, and process manifests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Communicate with Sales, Production, and Shipping personnel to ensure correct product/order dates.
- Organize outgoing loads according to deadline departures.
- Process manifest.
- Issue seals for trucks.
- Run reports using AS400 and inventory control/management using Carlisle.
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing and preparation of billing-related documents, including bill of ladings, customer manifest, customer order information, export paperwork, and any other documents to allow the Company to bill the customer for products ordered and shipped.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and one year related dispatch experience required. 6 + months of accounting/billing related experience preferred. Ability to interact and effectively communicate with Management and peers.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as safety files, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers and visitors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply mathematical applications to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, Web). Experience in AS400 and Carlise is a plus. Ability to learn and effectively use any and all other computer programs that are or will be made available.
