The Opportunity
GSW Education Partners is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional to help expand our reach in the K-12 and Out-of-School Time (OST) sector. This includes afterschool programs, summer programs, recreation departments, and youth development organizations across the country.
This role is built for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals in a commission-driven environment with significant upside potential. If you have a background in education, youth services, or childcare, or simply know how to sell services that make a real difference, this could be a strong fit.

GSW Education Partners was founded to solve a real problem, too many school districts, recreation departments, and youth-serving organizations struggle to navigate the complex, state-by-state licensing and compliance requirements needed to launch and sustain quality out-of-school time programs. That complexity slows down the programs kids and families need most.
Our leadership team brings over 20 years of combined experience in education operations, program development, and organizational scaling. We have collectively built and grown programs serving over a million students across multi-site operations nationwide. That hands-on experience is what informs every service we offer.
Our services include state licensing compliance workbooks, licensing consulting support, and program development consulting, all designed to make it faster, easier, and more affordable for organizations to get programs off the ground and running at a high level. We are currently expanding nationally with the goal of serving organizations in all 50 states.
What You Will Be Doing
Identify and reach out to prospective clients including school districts, afterschool and summer program providers, recreation departments, youth-serving nonprofits, and multi-site childcare operators
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, conferences, and professional associations in the education and youth development space
Present and position GSW services including state licensing compliance workbooks, licensing consulting packages, and program development consulting
Manage prospects through the full sales pipeline from initial contact to close, maintaining organized tracking throughout
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients over time, with a focus on trust and long-term partnership
Provide market feedback to GSW leadership to help refine messaging, pricing, and service offerings

Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. Commission is earned on all services sold through GSW Education Partners.

What does this look like in practice? Our licensing workbooks start at $3,000, and consulting packages start at $1,000. A sales representative closing just a few deals per month can generate meaningful income, and the ceiling grows as your pipeline and client relationships develop.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in sales, business development, or consulting, ideally in education, youth services, childcare, or the nonprofit sector
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage district-level and organizational decision-makers
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Organized and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline and following up with leads
Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and the entrepreneurial mindset that comes with it
