Position Overview: The Provider Enrollment Support II is a mid-level role responsible for handling more complex aspects of the enrollment process, such as resolving issues, processing renewals, and communicating directly with providers. This position requires advanced problem-solving skills and familiarity with payer requirements and regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Verify and submit provider credentials to ensure they meet payer requirements. · Handle complex enrollment applications, including renewals and updates. · Follow up with payers and escalate issues as necessary. · Communicate with providers to obtain missing information and ensure compliance. · Prepare and update detailed enrollment reports. · Provide support to junior team members and assist in training as needed. · Stay informed of payer-specific regulations and deadlines.
