Lawn Care & Landscape Specialist
Position Summary
ReedMow is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Landscape Specialist to join our growing field operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing premium residential properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and taking pride in executing high-quality work, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a system-driven company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Equipment Transportation: Utilize your personal truck to safely transport lawn care machinery (including our 30" Toro TimeMaster) and tools between residential job sites.
- Turf Management: Execute precise mowing, edging, and string trimming to deliver clean, manicured lawns.
- Soil & Plant Health: Support long-term turf health through mechanical core aeration, organic compost top-dressing, and seasonal fertilization.
- Property Upkeep: Perform essential maintenance, including mulching, detailed weeding, shrub pruning, and flowerbed care.
- Equipment Operation: Safely handle and maintain power tools such as commercial mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and mechanical edgers.
- Site Logistics: Coordinate daily routes and property checklists to maintain our high standard of operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Logistics (Required): Must possess a reliable personal truck capable of hauling commercial equipment daily.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or professional lawn care is highly valued, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn our systems are critical.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with operating and maintaining small engines and outdoor power equipment.
- Execution & Detail: Exceptional organizational habits, a sharp eye for quality control, and a commitment to leaves-free, crisp property handoffs.
- Physical Capability: Stamina to handle demanding outdoor labor across changing seasonal weather conditions, including the ability to lift heavy materials routinely.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or alongside teammates.
