- 4.5 day work week
- 6 month Daily guarantee with 35% of collections

Duties
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct specialized procedures including dental implants, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
- Utilize advanced dental software like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and treatment planning.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions to foster trust and understanding.
- Keep detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations while ensuring accuracy in medical documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases involving pediatric dentistry or anesthesiology to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest developments in dental technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for efficient practice management.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and healthcare diagnosis processes.
- Expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics; experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Skilled in client communication to explain procedures clearly and empathetically while building rapport.
- Deep understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry and general healthcare practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dental office environment or clinic setting with a focus on quality patient care.
- Knowledge of orthodontics principles and dental fabrication processes is advantageous but not required.
