Superintendent – Electrical (Data Center)
Texas- Multiple Locations.
$150,000 – $210,000 Base Salary + Up to 25% Bonus

About the Opportunity
We are supporting a major expansion of advanced infrastructure projects in the Phoenix region and are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical work.
This is a confidential, large-scale, multi-phase project with long-term stability, strong compensation, and opportunities to grow into senior leadership.
Position Overview
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing crews, and maintaining project schedules within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client representatives
- Monitor schedules, manpower, and material needs
- Drive quality control and productivity across all phases of work
- Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities
Work Environment & Travel
- 100% on-site role in Texas (Multiple Locations)
- Traveling role available for the right candidate:
- 4 weeks on-site rotation
- Extended weekend schedule:
- Fly out Wednesday afternoon
- Return Sunday evening
- Back on-site Monday morning
- Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required, any U.S. state)
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in high-tech, data center, or semiconductor environments is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple crews and fast-paced project timelines
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus: Up to 25% annual performance bonus
