We are looking for a Contract, part-time IT Consultant to be responsible and accountable for software implementation, monitoring and maintenance of our server, network and between 8 and 15 workstations.
The successful candidate will have a few years of proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that support our business activities. Troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues in a timely manner and providing clear instructions to end users is also essential.
The ability to listen, collaborate and effectively communicate with staff of varied technical competencies is a must.
This position offers flexibility as you will work mainly during the evenings or on weekends as needed. You will primarily work out of our West Seneca location, but some local travel may occasionally be required for on-site support, or project rollouts.
