We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where quality care and professional development are prioritized.

Primarily a hospital-based outpatient caseload with possible mentorship in acute care
Supportive and collaborative therapy team
Modern rehab equipment and treatment space
Strong physician and interdisciplinary relationships
Opportunities for continuing education and specialization
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and independence
Provide therapeutic interventions, activity modification, and patient education
Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to optimize outcomes
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates welcome
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
