Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Facilities Support Associate to assist with furniture moves, light assembly, and general onsite support at Rivian locations in Southern California.
This position will primarily support Rivian sites in the Irvine area, but the employee may occasionally be redirected to other SoCal locations as needed.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Moving desks, chairs, trash bins, scrap materials, and other items onsite
- Assisting with furniture setup, rearranging, and relocation
- Performing light assembly of desks, chairs, bins, or related items
- Helping keep work areas organized and clear of materials
- Supporting facility teams with general labor tasks as needed
- Following safety instructions and proper lifting procedures
- Traveling between assigned SoCal sites when required
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture or materials as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
- Prior facilities, moving, warehouse, janitorial, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
Schedule & Pay
- $20.00 per hour
- 5 days per week
- Primarily supporting Irvine-area Rivian sites
- Flexibility to support other Southern California sites as needed
- Shift times to be discussed during the hiring process
Work Location
This position will primarily support Rivian locations in Irvine, CA, with possible assignments at other Southern California sites based on business needs.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
