Summary
We are seeking a Repair Technician & a Manager to join our dynamic team at Metro Detroit Phone Repair. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers' devices are repaired efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
- Utilize soldering techniques for hardware repairs as needed.
- Perform software updates and troubleshoot operating system issues.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding device functionality.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure tools are properly handled.
- Assist in training new team members on repair processes and techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment repair, particularly with mobile devices.
- Familiarity with soldering and hand tools used in electronics repair.
- Basic understanding of Android operating systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are looking for EXPERIENCED & ENTHUSIASTIC, dedicated, responsible candidates interested in phone/computer/tablet/software repair.
Technician duties would require you to diagnose/fix problems (both software & hardware) in a wide range of cell phones, smart tablets, ipads/ipods etc. Job duties would include customer service, running diagnostic tests, replacing parts on devices such as screens, batteries, charging ports etc., maintaining cleanliness of the store & reporting to store managers.
STRONG customer service skills required.
Hourly pay starting @ $18-$22 an hour. Will depend on experience.

FULL & PART time positions available.
