A health services network in New York City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Primary Care team in Brooklyn.
About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am to 5pm (40 hours/week)

Setting: Primary Care
Responsibilities:
-
Performing phlebotomy
-
Obtaining and documenting vital signs
-
Administering injections and medications
-
Preparing patients for provider visits
-
Assisting providers during clinic sessions
-
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
-
Recent phlebotomy experience required
-
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
-
Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
-
CPR certification
-
Experience with injections and vitals
-
Basic computer proficiency
-
Great interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Experience with all age groups

Prior exposure to IDD populations

Experience with NextGen EMR
