InSite Group is expanding its acquisitions team as we pursue a growing pipeline of high-rise residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments across South Florida.
We are looking for a relationship-driven dealmaker who knows how to find and create opportunity, build trust quickly, and stay on top of the market. This is a high-exposure role working directly with senior leadership on projects that will shape counties skyline for years to come. (Google “Galleria Mall Development”)
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk underwriting role. You’ll be in the market — meeting brokers and owners, touring sites, uncovering off-market deals, and helping drive acquisitions from first conversation to execution.
What You’ll Do

Source on- and off-market development and value-add opportunities
- Build relationships with brokers, owners, and key market players
- Identify and screen potential deals across South Florida
- Analyze zoning, pricing, comps, and basic feasibility
- Support underwriting and pipeline management
- Represent the firm in the market and at industry events
What We’re Looking For

1+ years in acquisitions, brokerage, or a deal-driven real estate role
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- High energy, strong presence, and a proactive mindset
- Experience sourcing or helping close deals
- Analytical and organized, with solid Excel and CRM skills

Location
This is an in-office, field-based role with significant time spent throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
