Responsibilities:
- Respond to work assignments and tasks promptly, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of garage doors, openers, and related components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Perform installations, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary repairs while adhering to company policies.
- Utilize your mechanical aptitude and expertise with a variety of hand and power tools to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records of completed repairs and recommended actions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with customers professionally, explaining repair options, and collecting payments efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various tools and interpret equipment manuals.
- Physical fitness to handle items weighing 80-100 lbs and perform duties requiring bending, climbing, reaching, kneeling, etc.
- Prior experience in the garage door industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
