Assistant Manager Needed at Sport Clips New Hudson! Sport Clips of New Hudson is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a strong reputation for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
- Coaching and developing stylists to reach their full potential
- Ensuring outstanding client service and retail sales performance
- Helping with recruitment, hiring, and team training
- Maintaining high standards for store cleanliness and appearance
- Contributing to building a loyal client following in the New Hudson area
Requirements
- Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
- Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
- Energetic personality and strong people skills
- Goal-oriented with a team-player attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
