Experienced Custom Cabinet & Millwork Fabricator/Installer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet & Millwork Fabricator/Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and installing custom walls, cabinetry, countertops, and other custom millwork projects. Due to our current workload and production schedule, we are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level position, and we are not seeking candidates who require extensive training.
Responsibilities
· Build and install custom walls, cabinets, countertops, and millwork components
· Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and measurements
· Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
· Perform quality checks to ensure finished work meets company standards
Requirements
· Previous experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, or related construction trades
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
· Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
· Must own and maintain basic hand and power tools, including:
o Drill/Driver
o Hammer
o Level
o Additional trade-related hand tools preferred
Schedule
· Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
· Current Overtime Schedule: Monday – Thursday, working until 4:30 PM
· Try to have Weekends Off, sometimes work on Saturdays when jobs have deadlines
