Job Summary
The Acquisition Manager is FasterHouse's front-line Home Buying Specialist. You meet face-to-face with homeowners, educate them on the process of selling their home as-is, and guide them to a decision using our sales process. You convert warm, company-provided leads into signed contracts and build your own pipeline through professional networking. This is a full-cycle sales role: generate, run, offer, follow up, and close.
Key Responsibilities
A. Run Appointments & Buy Houses
- Meet face-to-face with motivated sellers and educate them on how selling as-is to FasterHouse works
- Evaluate and negotiate the purchase using the FasterHouse buying formula & sale process
- Submit offers promptly (target: within 2 days of appointment) and get properties under contract
- Support office and title company communication with the seller while under contract
B. Self-Generated Lead Production (Networking)
- Build and nurture a referral network of wholesalers, agents, landlords, attorneys, and other industry professionals
- Attend meetings and events where connectors to as-is property sellers gather
- Convert networking relationships into appointments and run the full buying process on every lead obtained
C. Pipeline Management & Relentless Follow-Up
- Follow up on leads until it becomes a contract, a dead file, or turned back to lead manager
- Keep the CRM clean and current: every seller interaction, note, and next step logged same-day
D. Team Player
- Communicate continuously with the Lead Manager and Lead Specialist
- Report weekly scorecard numbers and participate in sales meetings and coaching reviews

Compensation
- 100% commission — uncapped earning potential tied directly to contracts closed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
