The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. Gymnastics, cheer, or dance experience is preferred but isn't required. We are happy to train the right candidate. Join us in shaping the future of our young athletes while promoting a love for gymnastics!
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging gymnastics and tumbling classes for ages 18 months and up of various skill levels, ensuring participants are motivated and challenged.
- Assist at the front desk as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude with staff, peers, and program participants.
- Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among gymnasts.
- Maintain a safe training environment and ensures the safety of all participants.
- Organize and participate in gymnastics events, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all training areas in accordance with facility policies.
- Must have reliable transportation.
