Schedule & Compensation
- Tuesday-Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- $16.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Eligibile for quarterly bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Put-Away
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Unload and properly store incoming inventory
- Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders
- Organize products in designated warehouse locations
Order Fulfillment
- Pick and pull products using order sheets, RF scanners, or other scanning devices
- Pack orders to ensure products are protected during shipment
- Verify order accuracy, including items, quantities, and labeling requirements
- Prepare shipments according to company standards
Inventory & Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Support re-boxing, labeling, and inventory consolidation efforts
General Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
Requirements – Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment
- Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment processes
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to safely handle warehouse equipment and materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Probationary Period
- Employment is subject to a 90-day probationary period, during which performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies will be evaluated.
