Overview
This is a full-time, remote Retirement Planning Advisor role with full training. The families you work with are usually thinking about something difficult: what happens to their children if something happens to them, whether they will outlive their savings, or how a spouse would manage. They do not need a pitch; they need someone who will slow down and walk them through it.
You will hold 15 to 25 scheduled conversations each week with families who requested information, submit applications with those who decide to move forward, and follow up with people who need more time. The role includes real training, team coaching, and one-on-one mentorship.
