Pay Range: $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Northfield, MN center. As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy programs to children and adolescents with autism, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This center-based role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on client success and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our Northfield center (primary age of focus is 18 months through 6 years)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and instructional strategies designed by BCBAs
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress toward treatment goals
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions
- Support the development of social, communication, and adaptive skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to helping others
