What You'll Do
Generate New Business
Develop relationships with real estate investors, property owners, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and other referral partners to generate new business opportunities.
Prospect and Build a Pipeline
Utilize networking, referrals, business development, lead generation, outbound sales, community involvement, and relationship-building activities to consistently grow your pipeline.
Conduct Property Owner Consultations
Meet with prospective clients, evaluate investment properties, identify opportunities to improve returns, and present customized property management solutions.
Close New Business
Guide prospects through the sales process, overcome objections, negotiate agreements, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
Manage CRM and Sales Activities
Track leads, opportunities, follow-up activities, and sales performance using CRM technology to ensure a consistent and organized sales process.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Outside Sales, Account Executive, Real Estate Sales, Property Management Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Financial Services Sales, or Consultative Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales technology
Preferred
- Arizona Real Estate License
- Property Management experience
- Real Estate Investment knowledge
- Experience working with investors, landlords, or real estate professionals

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
