Connectrapy is a teletherapy marketplace built for the next generation of mental health care. We connect clients with licensed, culturally aligned therapists across Florida — a state experiencing over 20% projected growth in demand for mental health services.
Florida's mental health needs are growing faster than the provider base can keep up. We are expanding our Florida clinical team now and want experienced, compassionate clinicians who are ready to serve.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions via our HIPAA-compliant video platform
— Manage your own schedule and availability — you set your hours
— Serve clients matched to your specialties, language, and clinical background
— Maintain your own clinical records and treatment documentation
— Commit to a minimum of 5 available session slots per week
COMPENSATION
Compensation is based on a flat per-session rate determined by your licensure tier — pre-licensed intern, fully licensed, or experienced specialist. Full compensation details, payment schedule, and structure are provided during the interview process and outlined in your Independent Contractor Agreement.
Connectrapy pays on a weekly cycle. No waiting 30-60 days like other platforms.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Florida-licensed clinicians at any stage of their career:
— Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with active supervisor — build your hours while earning
— Newly licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT — fill your caseload quickly
— Experienced clinician — earn competitively serving Florida's growing demand
Requirements:
— Active Florida license or registration (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, RMHCI, RCSWI, or equivalent)
— Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
— Reliable internet connection and quiet private space for sessions
— Intern/registered clinicians must have an active supervisor before applying
Preferred (not required):
— Bilingual Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English
— Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, veterans, first responders, or couples therapy
— Prior telehealth experience
