Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Counter Worker to join our team. This position will work various hours from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.
Responsibilities:
-Greet members in a positive and friendly manner
-Collect payments
-Ability to maintain facility standards of cleanliness, organization, and order.
-Verify memberships and membership cards
-Check calendar for events occurring in the facility during shift hours
-Direct people to the appropriate area for scheduled functions
-Know all facets of close-up procedure and alarm system (lights, breakers, doors)
-Walkthrough the entire facility including locker rooms, weight rooms, gym, and pool area and pick up trash, clean, and/or straighten up as needed
-Secure entire facility at closing including pool, weight rooms, gym, and locker rooms
-Complete Mandatory Safe Environment course
-Willingness to work weekends
Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Experience working with children is preferred
Must pass background check and drug screen.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
