DFW's leading RV and Commercial Vehicle Collision & Service Center is seeking a Production & Service Coordinator to help drive shop efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. This position works alongside our Service Advisors and technicians to ensure repairs are properly planned, executed, and delivered.
This is a hands-on role that combines production coordination, quality control, workflow management, and service operations support.

What You'll Do:
Production & Workflow Management
- Create and manage weekly labor plans for technicians
- Coordinate units moving into and out of production
- Verify labor plans, parts, and repair scopes before work begins
- Monitor shop workflow and help eliminate bottlenecks
- Review labor operations before dispatching work
- Assist technicians and advisors in keeping repairs on track
Quality Control & Customer Delivery
- Perform final quality control inspections on completed repairs
- Verify repairs meet company standards before customer delivery
- Stage completed units for pickup and delivery
- Identify and correct issues before units leave the facility
Revenue Growth & Customer Experience
- Identify upsell opportunities that add value for customers
- Work with Service Advisors to present additional repair recommendations
- Help maximize repair order profitability while maintaining customer trust
Service Department Support
- Assist Service Advisors with scheduling, planning, and workflow management
- Support communication between technicians, advisors, and management
- Help ensure jobs are properly prepared before entering production
Facility & Shop Operations
- Manage shop supply inventory and ordering
- Coordinate facility maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in service operations, production coordination, service advising, collision repair, automotive, RV, fleet, or commercial vehicle industries preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of repair processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with CCC One or similar shop management software is a plus

Compensation
- $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus commission opportunities
