Wood & Associates Insurance Agency is a second-generation family business specializing in personal lines insurance. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to help guide us as we build a new producer role. This is a part-time, in-office position designed for a seasoned insurance professional who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and shaping the sales process. Responsibilities:
- Help develop and structure a commercial lines sales role for a new producer.
- Mentor and coach a producer on sales strategy and accountability of pipeline management.
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Provide guidance on prospecting and client conversations.
- Share best practices from your experience in commercial lines sales.
Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial line sales.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and manage producers.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Reliable and able to work on-site in Peabody, MA.
Compensation & Bonus:
- Compensation: $50–$75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Competitive sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
