We’re looking for a Member Services Associate who is motivated, personable, and passionate about connecting with people. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers through in-person outreach campaigns, introduce them to reliable wireless and internet solutions, and ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.
Member Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through in-person customer and outreach solutions to build genuine, trust-based relationships.
- Clearly explain telecommunications and wireless products and services, answering questions with confidence, transparency and clarity.
- Accurately process customer transactions and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen outreach and sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Support daily campaign operations to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and share best practices.
- Represent our brand partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Member Services Associate Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or a similar role is preferred.
- Completion of college coursework in fields such as communications, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to effectively engage with the public.
- Full-time hours, with weekend availability as needed.
Pay: $950.00 - $1,450.00 per week
