Purpose:
The Office Administrator will act as a first point of contact for all guests/visitors using a concierge approach. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing positive interactions for all people entering the facility, while supporting BioZyme’s daily operations, office administration, and executive support.
Accountabilities:

Greet and assist visitors at the Stockyards location

Play a key role in ensuring all visitors sign in and out using the guest system at the Stockyards location
-
Notify VP of People and Human Resources of NDA’s needed
-
Ensure all conference rooms of both St. Joe locations are clean, including the whiteboards, and stocked with drinks, snacks, and additional supplies
-
Assist in the preparation of meetings - copying, scanning, stapling, etc.

Collect and distribute all mail and/or packages that arrive at the front desk
-
Assist in food deliveries and other errands, as requested
-
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies for both St. Joseph locations
-
Assess and lead the need for kitchen supplies and cleanliness, including refrigerator clean-up, weekly, and its related communication

Assist with travel accommodations, including airport pickups and drop-offs, as needed
-
Print the President & CEO's daily calendar; deliver to desk or delegate when OOO

Ensure all printers are filled with paper, daily

Submit expenses and purchase requests in accordance with the Spending Policy
-
Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members
-
Manages the collection and filing of NDAs and/or mutual agreements for employees and visitors
-
Assist with all Organizational Development training and engagement activities
-
Own and manage companywide team meeting minute initiative, including the collection, organization and storing of team meeting minutes

Assists with orientation needs, as requested

Runs errands related to readiness, as requested

Check mailbox daily and distribute mail as necessary

Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education:
-
A Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
