Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Compensation
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,664
- Taxable Rate: $17/hour
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $2,052/week
- Overtime Rate: $73/hour
- Bonus: $250 Travel Bonus + $250 Contract Extension Bonus
Job Details:
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 12-Hour Days/Nights
- Schedule: Days 6:45 AM–7:15 PM | Nights 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
- Hours: 36 Hours/Week after orientation; no guarantee
- EMR: Meditech
Position Overview
The RN Flex Pool will float between various medical and surgical units based on facility staffing needs. Assignments may include:
- Medical Unit
- Cardiovascular Unit (rare occasions)
Requirements
- 2–10 years of RN experience
- Active Hawaii RN License required by the start of assignment
- BLS & ACLS required
- PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and Procedural Sedation preferred
- Must be comfortable floating between different units
