We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Home Health Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Sherman, TX market. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, assisted living facilities, and other community partners.

- Develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Sherman market
- Conduct in-person sales calls with physicians, hospitals, rehab facilities, and community partners
- Educate referral sources on services, programs, and patient qualifications
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with market growth initiatives
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to support patient admissions and continuity of care
- Track sales activity and territory growth efforts
- Previous healthcare sales or Home Health/Hospice experience preferred
- Established referral relationships in the Sherman/North Texas market is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
