We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven professional with experience in apprenticeship programs, union environments, LCPtracker, certified payroll, government or prevailing wage compliance, payroll processing, and human resources support. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance across multiple projects while also supporting payroll accuracy and assisting with day-to-day HR functions.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities at once, and is comfortable communicating with contractors, government entities, unions, employees, and internal teams. Experience working with public works projects, Davis-Bacon requirements, apprenticeship utilization, compliance tracking systems, certified payroll, and multi-state or union payroll is strongly preferred.
In addition to compliance responsibilities, this position will assist with payroll processing by reviewing employee timecards, maintaining payroll records, verifying certified payroll documentation, supporting prevailing wage reporting, and helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role will also provide administrative HR support, including maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork, supporting benefits administration, tracking training and certifications, coordinating employee communications, and helping ensure company policies and personnel records remain compliant and up to date.
