Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or hotel management, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
- Train and mentor staff on company policies and procedures
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or food management
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations
- Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service
