ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a knowledgeable, client-focused Flooring & Window Treatments Specialist to help grow one of our most exciting product categories. You’ll guide customers through the selection process, manage vendor relationships, coordinate installations, and help build out this department from the ground up. If you love beautiful interiors and have an eye for detail, this role was made for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the in-store expert for flooring and window treatment products, guiding customers through selection, measurement, and design
- Manage and grow vendor and wholesale relationships in the flooring and window treatment categories
- Coordinate with installers and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery for customers
- Maintain accurate product samples, catalogs, and pricing information in-store and online
- Work with Nicole to develop and expand the flooring and window treatments department
- Visit the store regularly to stay current on inventory, new arrivals, and brand direction
- Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal launches related to this product category
- Track sales performance and share simple reports or observations with Nicole
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated knowledge of flooring types (hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet) and window treatment options (blinds, shades, drapes, shutters)
- Experience in interior design, home goods retail, or a related field
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
- Ability to take measurements and understand basic installation requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with vendors and building lasting trade relationships
- Proficiency with basic computer tools; e-commerce or Shopify experience a plus
- Reliability and a collaborative, team-first attitude
