We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and efficiency. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Package products according to company standards and customer requirements
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging
- Label, seal, and prepare shipments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay: $23.00 - $27.70 per hour
