Position Overview - (minimum 1 year experience)
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general and cosmetic procedures.
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
- Perform coronal polishing, impressions, and other duties within the RDA scope of practice.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting.
- Monitor inventory and help keep operatories fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (optional if you have more than 2 years of working experience as a dental assistant).
- Current X-Ray License.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital imaging and dental software is preferred.
- Experience with Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and same-day treatment workflows is a plus.

Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Additional days may be available as the practice grows.
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
