Job Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll travel to client homes and businesses to perform professional cleaning services. Every property is different, so responsibilities may vary depending on the client’s needs.
Duties may include:
- General house and office cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture, baseboards, blinds, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Washing, changing, and folding bed linens
- Cleaning interior windows and mirrors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Organizing and tidying living and work spaces
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Providing outstanding customer service while respecting clients’ homes and businesses
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish (required)
- English is a plus
- Reliable transportation to travel from ones home & to our location.
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
