What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual activity and/or hazards.

Help to deter unauthorized access, disruptions, and/or policy violations by monitoring entrances, observing visitor activity, and following post orders for restricted or sensitive areas.

Complete routine reports, document incidents and/or observations, and relay relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
-
Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
