SMG Executives is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a AT&T Team Member for our AT&T campaign! As a AT&T Team Member, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing AT&T products directly to customers across Orange County and neighboring areas.
Our AT&T Team Members work closely with customers to introduce reliable AT&T services while creating positive customer experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in developing a long-term career in sales and telecommunications. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, educating customers about AT&T products, and building lasting relationships through strong sales skills.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:
- Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T services and complete sales transactions.
- Provide professional customer service while explaining AT&T product features and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate sales solutions.
- Assist customers with AT&T service activations, upgrades, and account maintenance.
- Work closely with the AT&T Team Member team and management to achieve sales goals for AT&T.
- Build relationships that increase sales opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer facing roles
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow
Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
