Role Description
Senior Associate Attorney sought to assist in the firm’s civil litigation practices in Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Williamsport, Pa. offices. Hybrid position with flexibility for remote work. The position will involve both assisting partners and other senior lawyers in their matters, and also handling an independent case load in areas including personal injury litigation, professional malpractice, commercial litigation, and insurance related issues. Compensation commensurate with candidate’s experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with experience handling complex litigation matters and advising on a range of legal issues.
- Substantive experience in Labor and Employment Law, including counseling on workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in providing clear, practical Legal Advice to clients, including risk assessment and strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Research skills, including case law analysis, statutory interpretation, and preparation of well-supported legal arguments.
- Demonstrated Negotiation abilities for settlements, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Michigan (or eligibility for prompt admission).
- Several years of relevant associate-level experience, preferably in a law firm environment with litigation and employment-related exposure.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
