Quince Riverside is a premier dining destination in Fort Worth’s WestBend district along the Trinity River. We are known for our energetic atmosphere, riverfront setting, exceptional food and beverage, and genuine hospitality.
At the heart of Quince is our Global Collective menu, an internationally inspired culinary program shaped by the travels and experiences of our chefs and ownership team. Our menu draws inspiration from great culinary cities and regions around the world, including New Orleans, Lima, New York City, Mexico City, and beyond, featuring sushi and raw bar, globally inspired shareables, specialty entrées, and bold, approachable flavors.
Our beverage program is equally important to the Quince experience. Quince’s roots extend to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where our sister restaurant is known for its creative cocktail program and its bar has been recognized among the Top 10 in Mexico for creative mixology.
Quince is an independently owned and growing hospitality group with restaurants in Fort Worth, Austin, and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. THE OPPORTUNITY
Quince Riverside is looking for energetic, personable, and genuine Hosts to join our Fort Worth team.
At Quince, the host stand is much more than a place to manage reservations and seat tables. Our Hosts set the tone for the entire guest experience.
You are the first person to welcome our guests and often the last person they interact with before leaving. From the moment a guest approaches the restaurant, we want them to feel acknowledged, welcomed, and genuinely excited to be at Quince.
We are looking for people who naturally connect with others, bring positive energy into a room, communicate confidently, and can stay organized and composed in a busy, high volume restaurant.
Great hospitality means reading the guest, anticipating needs, communicating clearly, solving problems, and working seamlessly with the entire restaurant team to create an experience people remember.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Create a warm, genuine, and professional first impression for every guest
* Welcome and acknowledge guests immediately upon arrival
* Manage reservations, guest profiles, and waitlists through OpenTable
* Accurately communicate wait times while keeping waiting guests informed and engaged
* Coordinate table assignments and seating flow with managers, servers, and the service team
* Help balance reservations, walk ins, and table availability during high volume service
* Answer restaurant phones professionally and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
* Recognize regular guests and help create personalized experiences
* Assist guests with celebrations, special requests, accessibility needs, and other accommodations
* Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming host stand and restaurant entrance
* Communicate continuously with managers and the service team regarding seating, reservations, guest needs, and special situations
* Remain calm, positive, and solutions oriented during busy services
* Help create the energetic, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Quince experience
* Thank guests as they leave and help ensure their final impression of Quince is as strong as their first
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but personality, professionalism, attitude, and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
Successful Quince Hosts are:
