Overview:
We are seeking a full and part-time employee to join our growing team at the front desk, bar, and attractions. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude and an outgoing personality - you'd be a great fit!
Front desk staff responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the front desk by selling bowling lanes, pool, arcade cards, parties, and attractions
- Take food and soft drink orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the main floor (traditional lanes, arcade, and bowling shoes)
- Assist customers with arcade prize redemption
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Bar staff responsibilities:
- Take food and drink (soft drinks, beer, and alcohol) orders
- Serve beer and alcohol to order. *ABC license required*
- Maintain the cleaningness and organization of the bar, restaurant, and soda machines areas
- Refill ice in the ice machines as needed and at the end of each night
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- *Bar staff MUST have a current ABC license*
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills are required
- Experience with a cash register and retail sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to sales and customer service
Pay: $7.25 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
