Salary: $65k-$100k DOE plus benefits
Requirements: 3+ Proven Administrative Experience in Legal preferred, Executive Administrative experience, Filevine, Multi-tasking, Well Organized, MS Office Suite
Position Overview
A growing and well-established South Florida law firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to the COO. This role will provide direct support to firm leadership and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the COO and leadership team

Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling

Assist with operational projects and reporting
-
Maintain and update information within Filevine
-
Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items
-
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
-
Support office operations and special projects
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2+ years administrative experience in a law firm or legal setting
-
Proven experience with Filevine is required.

Strong proficiency with law firm administrative processes, document management, and case/matter workflow.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone manner and client-facing experience.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
