Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst to join our 737 Training team in Renton, Washington.
The Training team is part of the Production Systems Training organization and is responsible for leading training planning and coordination efforts in support of leaders and employees on the production floor.
The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Our teams are currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) Staff Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and manager

Analyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteri- a
Develop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issue- s
Provide necessary facilitation for gap and/or emergent trainin- g
Collaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction target- s
Authenticate customer training data integrit- y
Communicate training schedule to key stakeholder- s
Produce metrics indicating effectiveness of fulfilled requests and implemented solution- s
Communicate to partners, customers and other stakeholders the certification and audit mandated changes that affect training requirements. Results to be published via burn-down reports or other forms of documentation- .
Integrate themselves into programs at a senior leadership level in order to establish training requirements and need- s
Coach managers and deliver 1:1 or group training regarding certification management or My Learning system utilizatio- n
Produce program training analytics; establish operating rhythm and follow program standard- s
Participate and support enterprise initiatives (e.g., shipside certification utilization, cert challenge- )
Understand and communicate governing documents and policies related to trainin- g
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience in Business Operation

5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal directio- n
3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleague- s
3+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiative- s
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting dat- a
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Wor- d
3+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tool- s
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degre

Experience integrating, coordinating, and presenting developmental training programs and staffing resource needs across large organization- s
Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decision- s
Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve non-technical or operational problems regarding business objectives and team efficienc- y

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 83,300 - $ 92,120
