Job Summary:
Mig-Welders will be responsible for performing high‑quality MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies while following company safety, quality, and production standards. Candidates must have recent welding experience and be able to pass required assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
- Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with general manufacturing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recent MIG welding experience
- Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints
- Must pass a welding/math assessment with a score of 80% or higher
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred and may be interviewed sooner
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test
- Must meet client background requirements
- Steel‑toe boots required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team environment
Pay:
$22.00 – $24.00+ per hour, based on experience
Includes 20+ hours of overtime weekly for qualified candidates
