As a parts advisor you will work with customers who are looking to fix or improve their Harley-Davidson, giving them advice and providing customer service to get them the necessary parts. While as a service advisor, you will answer customer questions, schedule appointments and help the customer determine what services they may need based on their motorcycle issues while working closely with the technicians. Maintaining customer inventory on-site, tracking and organizing. Full benefits, including health insurance, paid sick leave, paid vacations, and 401K. Must have a motorcycle endorsement.

Responsibilities:
- Procure parts from various suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with dealerships and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for parts orders
- Utilize order management systems to track and manage parts orders
- Ensure accurate documentation of parts transactions
- Collaborate with staff to organize and maintain parts inventory
- Assist in resolving parts-related inquiries or issues
Experience:
- Prior experience in Harley-Davidson service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
