Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Youth Program Director in Costa Mesa to oversee daily operations at our Orange County camp locations.
The Youth Program Director serves as the senior authority on-site and is accountable for staff leadership, camper experience, and operational excellence.
Direct and supervise camp staff
Ensure camper safety protocols are upheld
Deliver structured baseball and softball instruction
Provide performance feedback to coaches
Create a positive, energetic camp culture
Represent the Angels Baseball & Softball Camp organization with professionalism
Leadership experience in youth development programs
Experience coaching baseball or softball
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Seasonal leadership position | 6-week commitment $1,360–$1,500 weekly
