Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, banquet services, and catering.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff members, including assistant managers and bartenders.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
- Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus.
We offer Full Time competitive compensation paid bi-weekly on Fridays. Salary is in job posting.
