What We Are Looking For:
We're in the process of expanding to Temecula and seeking a friendly, open-minded therapist to be part of our founding team at the new satellite location.
Interested applicants should be self-motivated and have a passion for continued growth as a human helper.
All applicants MUST be independently licensed by a state board to provide counseling in California (Ph.D, Psy.D, LCSW, LMFT, LPC). (We will not respond to inquiries from pre-licensed associates at this time.)

Flow Wellness Hub, Inc. , formerly Associated Therapists, Inc. is a multi-specialty outpatient mental wellness practice, serving Huntington Beach and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We are under new ownership and looking for like-minded psychotherapists to be part of our new vision for the practice!

Due to our flexibility, many of our providers work with us part-time either to supplement their income without pricey overhead costs or upkeep their clinical skills, especially if they do little to no clinical work otherwise. You decide when, how often, and where you want to work. You get to decide which clients you want to work with, and can set your own out-of-pocket fees. By choosing to work with us, you will have direct assistance from our administrative and management staff to support your practice.
Together, we will collaborate to come up with the best strategy to work toward your professional and personal goals. You just show up for your clients, and we provide administrative and logistical support to help make running your own private practice seamless.
What We Do:
We are an established and professional administrative team that will help support operations such as:
Promote practice to acquire clientele
Client-Therapist matching
Client and insurance billing
Office space
Telehealth
Clerical services
Provider Insurance Credentialing
What You Can Expect:
We help manage your practice. You are a 1099 Independent Contractor which means you are your own boss.
You choose the patients you agree to see (telehealth and/or in-person), and the hours you work.
Minimal Administrative Tasks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
