Meadow Woodfire Grill was born from the idea of capturing everything we love about the classic American steakhouse but with modern techniques and centered around live fire cooking. We offer prime steaks, high quality seafood and the best produce the season has to offer. Paired with our innovative beverage program that combines exciting cocktails and a curated wine list, our menu aims to strike a balance between adventurous and familiar.
We have built a great reputation for excellence in technical execution, wine and spirit knowledge and genuine hospitality and are looking to expand our team.
Successful candidates will have at least (5) years previous fine dining experience (preferably management), a broad knowledge of wine and spirits, a genuine demeanor, and the ability to lead and mentor a group of professional service staff and build lasting guest relationships.

We are looking for a professional, passionate Front of House/Service Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering memorable guest experiences. As a Service Manager you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-tier guest service, and manage staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your leadership will drive the success of our food service establishment, fostering teamwork, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring smooth shift management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of an exceptional team and execute at the highest level.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of management and leadership and/or service experience at the highest level of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house service and guest interactions
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and service excellence
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service techniques, and operational procedures to enhance team performance
- Control inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; implement effective stock management strategies
- Handle shift scheduling, staff interviewing, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive team environment
Experience
- Proven management experience in a fine dining setting with a focus on front-of-house operations,
- Extensive background in food service management within fine dining settings
- Demonstrated supervising experience with strong leadership skills in hospitality management
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry
- Prior involvement in staff training & development programs; adept at interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Background in restaurant or hotel management focusing on fine dining is a must
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
