The Medical Director will oversee the clinical delivery of all Women’s Health programs and services, ensuring care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and equity. This position plays a key leadership role in mentoring staff, guiding quality improvement efforts, and supporting operational excellence across our care sites. The ideal candidate is a dedicated women’s health physician who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to advancing health equity.

As Medical Director, you’ll work in close partnership with clinical and administrative leadership to:
- Supervise and support Women’s Health care providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and peer review processes
- Ensure staffing, training, and equipment needs are met
- Cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered team culture
- Represent Women’s Health in internal planning and external partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- Physician (MD or DO) with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with women’s health fellowship or OB experience required
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri; DEA certification
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a physician
- Demonstrated commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and culturally responsive care
