What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Delivery & Service Technician, you’ll ensure our customers have a seamless, safe, and positive experience with their home appliances.
Your key responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and install home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Ensure all appliances are installed correctly, tested, and fully operational.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any questions or concerns.
- Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Ensure all repairs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining service details and preventive maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on service vehicles and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Prior experience in appliance repair or technical service preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of appliance diagnostics, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely.
- Professionalism: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Driver’s License: Valid license and clean driving record required (per company vehicle standards).
